To empower adolescent girls in rural Western Kenya to complete education, delay early marriage, and transition into dignified livelihoods and leadership roles through sports, skill training and mentorship.

Our model nurtures girls from players to professionals to leaders. Through football, skills training, and mentorship, we build a generation of women who not only rise — but lift others with them. This continuum ensures that every girl who enters Wema exits as a leader, ready to transform her community. This is our cycle of empowerment — girls becoming women who lead.
